HPWM Private Capital is dedicated to investing in private markets. Under its aegis, at the request of two sponsoring families, a team was established for the exclusive purpose of developing their portfolios of direct investments in operating companies as well as through Funds.
THE SPONSORS
Both families have grown their group of companies over multiple generations. With roots in emerging markets, these two groups are diverse enterprises with a global presence. Their activities span across several industries including commodities, manufacturing of consumer goods, textiles, renewable energy, waste recycling and financial services.
OUR INVESTMENT FOCUS
We seek direct investments / co-investments with specialized lead investors in the mid-market and growth stage segments in developed and selected emerging markets. We are also limited partners in institutional private equity and venture capital funds that exhibit a clearly differentiated approach and an outstanding track record.
